- Mt. Morris Fire responds to 2757 W. Midtown Rd. for several Round Bales on Fire -

On September 27, 2016 Mt. Morris Fire responded to 2757 W. Midtown Rd. for a report of several round bales burning.  Chief Hough arrived on scene to find 10-15 round bales burning and several others smoldering.  He requested Oregon Fire with an Engine Co. and Leaf River Fire with a Tender Co.  Firefighters worked several hours to extinguish the round bales.  Mt. Morris Fire would like to thank the Leaf River and Oregon Fire District's for their help.
