- Mt. Morris Fire responds to 103 E. Main St. for a Structure Fire -

On July 3, 2012 the Mt. Morris Fire Protection District was dispatched for an apartment fire at 103 E. Main St.  Chief Hough arrived on scene to find a two story multi family home with smoke showing.  Companies were able to bring the fire under control in about 10 minutes and remained on scene for overhaul.  Mt. Morris was assisted on the scene by Byron, Oregon and Polo Fire Districts.
