Mt. Morris Fire Protection District responded to a two vehicle head on accident. Upon arriving on scene Chief Hough found two vehicles both upright on their wheels, both with major damage, Chief Hough called for an addition Heavy Rescue and Ambulance from Byron Fire. Crews extricated all four patients, and all patients were transported to area hospitals. The rainy weather hampered operations and eliminated the possibility for a helicopter transport. The Mt. Morris Fire Protection District would like to thank all that helped with this incident.
