- Mt. Morris Fire responds to 309 E. Brayton Rd. for a Structure Fire -

On May 20, 2012 the Mt. Morris Fire Protection District was dispatched for a working garage fire at 309 E. Brayton Rd.  Chief Hough arrived on scene to find a garage well involved.  Companies were able to bring the fire under control in about 20 minutes and remained on scene for overhaul.  Mt. Morris was assisted on the scene by the Byron, Oregon and Polo Fire Districts.
