- Mt. Morris Fire responds to Mt. Morris Estates for a Structure Fire -

On April 16, 2012 Mt. Morris Fire responds to 3747 W. IL Rt. 64 Lot #23 for a reported snowmobile on fire.  Chief Hough arrived on scene to find a trailer home well involved.  Firefighters quickly brought the fire under control and were assisted on the scene by Oregon Fire District, Ogle County Sheriff Department, Mt. Morris Police Department and the Illinois State Fire Marshal.
