- Mt. Morris Fire responds to Sullivan's Grocery Store for a Structure Fire -

On February 24, 2012 Mt. Morris Fire responds to Sullivan's Grocery Store at  101 E. IL Rt. 64 for a reported fire in the deli.  Chief Hough arrived on scene to find light smoke coming from the building.  Firefighters were able to quickly bring the fire under control.  Mt. Morris received automatic aid from the Byron, Oregon and Polo Fire Protection Districts.
