- Mt. Morris Fire responds Auto-Aid to Leaf River

On January 19, 2015 the Mt. Morris Fire Protection District was dispatched for Auto-Aid to Leaf River to 5282 W. Townline Rd. for a Chimney Fire.  Mt. Morris was due to respond with an Engine.   Crews arrived on scene with Leaf River and assisted in cleaning out the chimney.  Companies operated on scene for about two hours.
